Menu Planner and training as well as a calorie counter, that you can calculate how many calories you eat, and then, as you burn if you're looking for. You can, how many calories you need to eat daily to reach their target weight to be calculated, and the program tells you whether it is above or below your caloric target. It also has very good graphics - I have a few months and I love it!
