EASTER STEAM tallow .....
Preparation 20 minutes

100g (4 oz) flour
1.25 ml (1/4tsp) salt
7.5 ml (1 1 / 2 tsp) baking powder
100 g (4 oz) fresh breadcrumbs
75 g (3 oz) sugar
75 g (3 oz) Suet torn to shreds
1 beaten egg
90-120 ml (6-8 tbsp) fresh milk to mix

1. Flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.

2. Add the breadcrumbs, sugar and suet.Mix to make a soft dough with beaten egg and milk.

3. Become a liter of 1.1 (2 pint grease type) pudding mold and line with baking paper.

4. Cook for 6-7 minutes to draw. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.

5. Turn on a hot plate.

6. Serve with sweet sauce .... Taste

Sweet sauce.

Preparation-10 minutes.

225 (g frozen 8 oz) thawed summer fruits.
175g (6 oz) currant jelly
50ml (2floz) port
10ml (2 tsp) arrowroot

1. City and fruit puree in the blender.

2. Through a sieve to remove seeds.

3. Put the puree into a bowl or jar with jelly and POrt.

4. Cook in microwave for 4 minutes, stirring constantly, or until jelly is melted.

5. Arrowroot with a little water, mix, add some hot sauce, then toss in the bowl or glass.

6. Cook for 1 minute or until the sauce thickens.

7. Serve a piece of fat in a small plate and drizzle sauce around .... Yummy.

Cook and my partner says yes, but it will be so good, best cooked in a pressure cooker
