I think I remember the little flying cars in other Pixar films, but you can not find everywhere.

Pixar Cars In Pixar's, "Cars", There Are Little VW Beetles That Are Beetles. Are They In Any Of The Other Pixar Movies?

The VW Beetle in any other role appear Pixar films. But one of the Pixar short "Mater and the Ghost Light VW Beetle has a small mistake. This may be what you think. There is also a Mini-Series Cars Toons, shows in the Disney Channel (and in some theaters before the movie "Bolt"). Not tested, but could also VW Beetle.
BTW, "Meet the Robinsons" is not a Disney film made by Pixar, and is certainly not the same properties of small errors.
