Need camping food/cooking help? - no cook camping food

Hello I would like to camp at some point, but it has since I was a child. You can be a great support for the storage and preparation of food. The trip is only 24 to 48 hours. They look like Friday afternoon and leave Saturday or Sunday, at a time. I need to know what they are buying, how far in cooling and storage and cooking equipment. (cheap, but reliable) What foods are good for the preparation of all meals. The breakfast eggs and some kind of meat. What is the best way to keep eggs / beef and milk / whatever. I am very helpless when it comes to this and want to make a good impression. Thanks
